Hey Mark...you got a great thread going here. I find myself checking in everyday now, so I can get my butt in gear and get the AllyKat up and running. Can't wait for some nicer weather along with the fish to start showing up. I'll be seeing you at the shop sooner rather than later.

Yo Bud...your Cow Harbor Teaser fluke rigs with a Spro tipped with spearing on the bottom was the ticket this afternoon just east of the Stacks..find the seand eels, find the fluke...5 keepers for 3 of us...biggest was 25 inches...a 24 took the top hook on your rig..second keeper for me on the top teaser.

OK, I'm going to CH East in the early AM for bunker and give those bass a shot by the point, then Hank and the kids are coming aboard around 9am and we will go for fluke....keep your fingers crossed.

Hey Mark,

Those fresh bunker you gave me wife yesterday did the trick.

Nice bass from the middle of the Sound last night. 43 inches, 32 lbs.

Some big dogfish and what has to be the biggest Sea Robin ever also came up, and blue fish..ofcourse.

NICE!!!

I saw Bill at the ramp, and he told me of his fat catch. All I could muster was..yeah, we caught and released some BIG scup

As we were leaving, he was hanging with Paco, and he pulled that doormat out..WOW..what a fish..especially for the Sound in September.

Hey Mark...your FROZEN Green Crabs and live Fiddlers brought home the bacon. 21 and 22 inches, along with an 18, a 16 and two more 15's, to go along with countless shorts.

Some real jumbo progies in the mix too.
