Anybody see these new free spirit sphere houses suspended in a tree? for 150k who the **** would wanna live in one of these This is nuts!

Bob, I live in Old Bridge New Jersey. I lived in Staten Island for some time and the traffic there reminds you of the city

These homes are pretty cool and the location is nice but for 150k you have to be rich and have this as one of your 'toys" to buy one.

A suspended sphere is tethered, by 3 nearly vertical ropes, to each of 3 separate trees. This distributes the load evenly over the 3 trees and results in a stable hang. Like an inverted three legged stool. There will be almost equal tension in each of the three suspension ropes.

Obviously, they are not accounting for the weight of an average American midwesterner.
