I have the next week ro so off after almost a month staright of work. Where should I go? Don't want to fly or spend too much. Looks like Walsh's is clown out this weekend. May try Viking cod or Carolinas.

If I had a week free of any obligations and had to fish party boats, I'd drive south to NC and fish one day for bottom fish, and one day for pelagics. On the way home I'd stop in VA Beach for some seabass/blueline tilefish, and possibly throw in a MD or DE trip for togs. Thats assuming the weather would work in my favor. Wish I could do this, but not a chance.

However, if I could do two days, I'd do the first. Bottom one day, tuna the next in NC.

How about staying in your home waters and having a week long ling-a-thon ?

In all seriousness, after seeing those pics Capt.Joe of the Running Late posted in EC's forum, I'd definately second Crabcake's idea. Good luck & have a great time, whatever you decide to do!
