Where to go

Looking for ideas on where to go for a quick trip out of NY. Last weekend in march or first couple in april. Three guys, we dont really care about where we stay just want to get one good offshore day and maybe a half day inshore (offshore more important). Looking for good fishing and best chance of decent weather (dont care about temps just rough seas).
Florida Keys?
Bahamas?
Anywhere else?
