Rocket Launchers
There are a number of places to have them made. Usually they are cusutom made for the boat.
A guick suggestion it to get a long grip handle or something simular and buy clamp on rod holders. Just make sure that the handle has sufficent diameter to hold the clamps on ones.
www.comsmersmarine.com carry some but what you are asking for is custom work.
What kind of boat and year are you outfitting?
If it is a newer modell you might be able to contact the dealer.
