Does anyone know hwre there are snappers and if you caught them can you please tell me what lure or rig your using?? thanks

the snappers are all over. They are attacking the tiny spering and grass shrimp. The bait is very small and the snappers themselves are very small. In about 2 weeks some of them will be bigger and the best lure will definetly be a 1/4 ounce silver kastmaster. This will perfectly imitate their diet.
