I'm going to be respooling one of my conventional rods with braid, and was wondering what you prefer? Fireline, Whiplash, Spiderwire, or Power Pro... My rod is 40-60#. I was thinking about going with 50#, or do you think I could push the rod with 65#??? Also, I'm going to be using this rod for cod, blacks, sea bass, so does color of the line really matter?

I have a question for you Gama...

The rod I was going to put this line on is a Graphite composite. I was just checking online about it, it says it's a graphite/E-glass blank. Should I still stay away from the braid?

Also, do you think the Flourocarbon leader material is better than Ande Leader? I used Seaguar Flourocarbon on my light spinning rod that was spooled with Fireline and to me it almost seemed too elastic.
