Hello,

For last 8 to 10 days I had not much or even no luck :( fishing surf area of Manhatan Beach or all Coney Island.Spoke with some fisherman they also had the same days :(. What about your fishing area or areas? Does it still produce results ? Do you fish from buttom or using plugs (jigs)? So let us know how the weather makes your fishing.Or you are waiting till it ends ;)

daShark...before this northeast monsoon hit this area, fishing for bass, blues and albacore from the areas you mentioned, have been decent to say the least. I will try and get you a report tomorrow, from one of the guys who fished Manhattan Beach before this storm hit the area.

daShark, the one guy i spoke to fishes Manhattan Beach, had some bluefish on bunker chunks, and is now seeing some 'border line keeper' bass now. He did say, that a few guys fishing on the Breezy side have used live eels and had similar results. He said he did not target albacore, but did see them before the storm, jumping out of the water along the beach. The fishing was fair, and he is waiting for the water to get cooler for the action to improve. I doubt i will hear anything from him till the weekend to give you a updated fishing report.
