What are the laws concerning tunas????

What are the laws concerning cleaning tuna while still out in the ocean??? Are you allowed to fillet them out our can you just cut the entrails, head and tails off??? Or must they stay intact till you hit the dock????

Tuna's that are regulated by NMFS have length regulations. Visit their site to learn more about what is required
