hit the WE2 at 4:30 am high tide at 6:30 or so. water was warm and dirty. almost no wind. with some brown seaweed, some birds were feeding on this weed. The report is no fish for me, tried from the path to the jetty and back in the inlet side. not a touch. few fishermen around. lots of boats on the inlet. left around 9 am. I spoke to a surf caster in the parking lot, he said he got some schoolies by the Coast Guard station yesterday. I tried everything on my arsenal to no avail. This first keeper of the spring is proving to be quiet elusive. But I will keep on trying. I think it should be another week and things will go wild. <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=81931" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> |
