If anyone knows anyone that has, or is willing to part with a Harnell hatteras heaver, please PM me or post a reply here. Blanks would be preferrable. It's a gift for a good friend who had his stolen out of his truck last season. Thanks.

Harrington OK?

I've got a Harrington 542 - I built it a few years ago for throwing the heavy stuff. It's real pretty, but simple. Double wrapped Fuji guides, cork tape butt. Even fished Hatteras! Never on a jetty. Let me know if you're interested.

nice

Bassavant, Yes, a harrington is ok. I contacted the company and the blanks are from the same mandrel and are the same action...the only thing that changed was the chemicals involved in production. How much are you asking and where are you located? PM if preferrable.
Sphinx...thanks but I was looking for a 552 or a 542..10'ers. Good idea though, i will keep an eye out there.
