Since my boat will be down this season I am probably going to hit the surf more often. I am looking for a decent pair of waders. I want bootfoot chest waders. I see some really cheap ones out there. Could these be good? What kind of material should I look for? I will be fishing mostly north shore, but will venture south once in awhile.

Cabelas has them.....Tough, light weight, inexpensive...Been beating on mine for 4 years now. You can't go wrong....

Just remember that waders get ripped and torn so i use the best for the price waders . My Neos were 40 off of Nextag and my breathables were from the nassau show 35$

hodgeman neoprene good product good price....hot in the summer though......spend more and get breathable

Cabelas are great, have had same pair for close to 10yrs with no leaks and they're comfortable as anything.

1st do a search on this site.

2nd for about $65 bucks Cabelas Three Forks model is great....No insulation but other than that great waders....One year warranty fantastic....

I'm with everybody else on this one. Try Cabela's. Good stuff @ reasonable prices and if you don't like them, you can send them back no questions asked for one year! Stay away from neoprene. They're only good in frigid weather! Good Luck! Let's go Islanders!!!!!!
