Hi all,

Wow! I had a great day selling raffle tickets today thanks to many wonderful people. They bought $485.00 worth of tickets! Can you imagine how many tickets my 15 year old grand daughter would have sold if she could have been there? Much easier to buy from a charming young lady than a crumpled, folded and stapled old capt.

Last night a member on Noreast said he was coming today and have lots of tickets ready. This wonderful person gave me $200 for tickets and then gave me $100 to give to TogMaster for when we take children fishing. Folks, if all this does not restore your faith in mankind I don't know what will.

Neil i was a t awe about how nice Seawolf was and thank you very much!
The fishing fund will go to a charity called child life. It is a charity for kids with Cancer . I will be booking trips with the funds from the bash and other donations! It is more of a Noreast take a kid fishing project and geroge will also be doing some in the summer to hel pthe cause> So just want to say thanks again to all that helped out and let you know all your donations will go to a great cause!

These members on Noreast are wonderfully
generous with their time and talents. I have not used the names of these very generous individuals out of respect for them. They have donated to the Tyler Fund from their hearts and concern for this special baby and his family. As have many others. I will leave it there.

You need another big public thank you for taking on such a noble cause and for persistently sticking with it for so long. You are "The Finest Kind" of a gentleman and on behalf of many of us: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
You're also welcome to sell raffle tickets for Tyler and his family at Capt. Bob Rocchetta's lecture on Striped Bass Fishing during my fishing class. He will be a guest speaker on Tues. night, April 8 from 7:30 to 9:30 P.M. at the Dennison Bldg. on Vets Hwy. in Hauppauge. The talk is free and open to the public and we expect a good number of anglers to attend. If that date is not good for you, you may come to any other class on Tuesday night. Give me a call if you need more specifics.

Thank you for the invite. I will be delighted to attend on April 8. Just wrote it in on the calendar.

With the check I send to the Fund tomorrow, on behalf of all the donors, the total will be over $6500. Can you imagine that! And I was praying and hoping to raise $1000. What great people!!

Now I think I am getting greedy. Thru my minds fog I am trying to see $10,00!!!!! What a gas that would be!!!!

The winning tickets will be picked during Memorial Day weekend. I will then contact all the folks who have had their tickets picked.

Everyone that has helped me to do this is a WINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am still looking for a benefactor to match what we have raised or help in any way. If you know of such folks contact me and I will send them a package of the info I have regarding Babt Tyler and his Family. Every penny donated goes to the Fund! That is very important.

I just wrote the latest check to the Fund and it will be mailed today. As of today all you wonderful people have donated $6766 to the Fund which is used to pay his medical bills.
