Hi I will be getting my boat this spring and in the summer I would like to go out and catch some TUNA but is there a permit that I have to get. If there is can anyone tell me where I can get it.

You can get your tuna permit online at

http://www.nmfspermits.com

I think you need to have your vessel registered before you can get the permit as the permit is assigned to the vessel and not a person.
