If it doesn't have to be front bumper mounted - check the new Cabelas catolgue. They have ones for the roof rack (finally someone sells them) for $50. Holds two rods.

For a roof rack, get a ski rack. I have a Thule and it's great! Wait for the big ski shops to have a sale (usually in the summer).
