Hi Fellas

I'm taking my 7 yr old son camping and fishing on May 8th for a few days.
We are camping on the bank of the Willowemoc in Livingston Manor.
I enjoy flyfishing and have fished this area only 2 or 3 times years ago.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

C'mon guys........Surely you freshwater fans must have some more input for me.

Anything to help me show my son a good camping trip......where to visit.....best ice cream.....what flies to use.....sights to see....etc

Just back from Trout Town

Well we just got back. having fished and searched for trout up and down both the Willow and the Beaverkill we caught none. Of course having a 7 yr old to look after kept me from working on it with all my concentration(still would have it no oyther way though)
The only place I observed any fish was at Junction pool which of course recieves major stocking.
It was a humbling experience.
Oh well.
