Mass. Res. & Twin lakes got there shot today. Some of the browns are really nice. Surprised me !!!

if they stocked mass res it might have only been the lake cause the stream has no trout in it yet, i thought they did everything there at once

In the stocked lakes or ponds its a 3 fish per day year round fishery.Wild trout opens April 1.

Upper Yaphank lake hasn't been stocked as of today. Gonna check tommorrow(Thursday).

West lake

Hit West Lake this morning and I can assure you it wasn't stocked yet. My Buddy Ernie called me as I was just leaving,he was smart enough to check with the local tackle & bait shop 1st. Seems that the stocking won't take place until Friday or Saturday at the earliest.

I only fished one pond in suffolk yesterday and it was stocked. I guess they had to go back to reload the truck with fish. Best bet is to check your spot every day

Went to Upper Yaphank again today around noon and still nothing. Headed to West Lake and saw nothing there as well. Will check again tommorrow around 10am again.
