I got a question about the tournament that I hope someone can help me with. In the rules it says that you can only have four anglers on board. My question is can you have someone on the boat who is not registered or competing in the tournament? I figure with the polygraph it shouldn't be a problem .The reason I ask is that I have a house guest this weekend and would hate to have to leave him home.
