Am I correct to say that there is no such thing as"Wind Against The Tide "For instance ---TIDE is RISING-----Which direction is the wind coming from ? OVERHEAD -? Is more likely to state " WIND AGAINST THE CURRENT. Because all knowledgeable fisherman know that "TIDES only go UP & Down and "CURRENTS" only go LEFT & RIGHT.
