Predator and food. Simple story here. Talked to a dragger today, the Stripers are just off the beach 18 miles or so. Considering they left somtime in January, if at all..they have been eating inshore fish...flounders.

Others must be having this idea also?

It's common knowledge that stripers eat flounder as part of their overall diet, but they are by no means responsible for the decline in the flounder popuation.

Flounder started thier decent when the striper biomass was at an all-time low.
