Yesterday morning in the Bronx, the New York Yankees jackhammered away at the concrete foundation of their future stadium to remove a tattered David Ortiz [stats] jersey that a Red Sox [team stats]-rooting construction worker secretly entombed, hoping to inflict a curse on his favorite team?s archrivals.

LOL the Yankees should have left that thing in there. I think it would have the opposite effect and bring them good luck.

Boy did they really take this thing seriously. I don't know why the construction worker told anybody what he did. He should have waited until the new stadium opens or even after that before telling about the Jersey.
