Does anyone know where to purchase "Paul's swing hook bucktails"?

The place I use to buy them at in Greenport went out of bussiness.

I know J&H outlet in Oakdale on south side of sunrise highway,he has the swing hook Jetty caster brand.

I saw them at either Kwak's in Bellmore or Comb's in Amityville. I think Kwak's.
