What is with the 5 MPH signs in Swift Creek between Sloop and the Loop Bridge? Someone in the beach shacks have connections?

blasted thru there last night and saw them, they went up about two-three weeks ago. and yes my reckoning is someone in one of those shacks has some pull. theres been a lot of work done on a couple of those houses over the last couple yrs.

I believe some places put them up themselves (illegally). By stealing them from other places.
