Got down to the boat after not using it for about two weeks and the port engine will not go down all the way. Works fine through the tilt process and about half of the trim then stops like its all the way down. It still whines but stops. It is a 2003 140 Suk four stroke. Other engine is fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.
