fusion line? sounds much like berkleys fireline to me! good stuff if it is similar.. always used fireline myself and learned to use it well for mostly lure fishing.. I use mono however for live lining live baits. This season,I'm going to try stealth spiderwire and see how well it goes up against fireline, again,I use these superbraid/fusionlines for the most part, spooning /trolling.
STREN microfuse braided line?
Anyone use this stuff before? Picked some up today in 30# while I was "browsing" at the sporting goods store. I've been using power pro almost exclusively but found myself intrigued with the microfuse. So anyway im going to spool up one of my reels (avet mxl) and see what happens. It "supposedly" fluoresces in a blue color under daylight and is "hardly visible under water" too which could be helpful (if its true). Any feedback?
