Hey all
I was getting all excited to use these new lures this season, the bunker one. Then I learned that they are 1/2 oz., and my heart dropped. I guess these lures were meant for boats and jetties/piers on clalm wind days. There is no way I can see how to use such a light lure casting from the beach, not one that won't kill the action anyway. Is there something about these new lures that I'm missing? I would like to try these lures from the surf/beach so any suggestions would be great. Oh, btw, south shore beaches like Jones or Point lookout/Lido area. Thanks

They look like fish with a hook coming out of its back, there is a bunker colored one--dot and all. No spinner, nothing flashy, they have good pictures of em on www.digitaldagger.com
