Wanted to tow the boat down to Green Harbor for a few days and fish the bank,,Fished it long time ago and did very well on a charter but have no clue where we were,,any suggestions on where to go out there about,,,not asking for fishing spots but just a ball park location.northeast corner southern section etc...thanks

didnt plan on going till it was all open i just wanted to try somthing new i had fished there before lone time agao I fish Jefrries alot. Just wanted to tow the boat down stay in a room somewhere in Marshfield and spend the day on the Bank..so stay away from the shallow stuff huh nothing up on that desert.

Not true! Some fo the best fishing on the bank in the spring occurs on the western edge in less than 130 feet of water. Fish are up on top (along with whales, gannets, etc) eating sandeels and herring. If you're lucky you might find them chasing bait over open bottom. Lots of small fish but plenty of market sized fish in the 5-8lb range adn haddock.
