I've fished in the Springtime with "Sea-Luv". They have at least one if not two party boats and I remember having excellent sea bass fishing with the. All the typical bottom fish available as well. There used to be a pier right downtown but I'm not sure how it was affected by the storms a couple of years ago. St. Augustine is dead slow for fishing in the winter because the water is too cold but you should have plenty of action at this time of year.
