I was driving down the Sprain Brook @ MtVernon/Yonkers area and saw a guy trying to cross the parkway w/ fishing gear. Does anyone know if 1) there are fish in there and 2) what type?

Thanks

some very big fish in there

Don't forget about very big white perch, which can be found by the Dam area
. The Crappies have left the coves at the southern end of the lake as they have completed spawning. But can still be found very early in the morning and late afternoon/evening.

Dfisch.......I'll recommend it the Carolina rigs whit plastic worm or Slug for Largemouth....and Minows or flat head for Crappies fished from a Crappie rig,Rapala will work good if the lake it's clean out of the lake plantoons....good luck and let us know how it's the fishing......Fredd
