Fished off Sandy Hook today, about 100 yards off Ft Han**** and observed a fisherman catch a Cobia, approx 30 or so lbs on a Fluke rig, some **** of a fight to watch. Loads of short fluke, even jersey has shorts, 17 to 17 1/2, and large Dogfish, to 25 lbs:confused::confused:

triggerfish trick

The trick to cleaning triggerfish is to insert the knife into the skin folds by the anal fins. And then cutting from there. They are mainly all head, but the small pork chop fillets you'll get from there are a nice white meat.
