Ralph: The Southampton permit will give you access to Southampton Town beaches only, the Village of Southampton requires another permit that is only available to residents of the Village or Southampton Town residents. The village residents get it for $10 , while Town residents pay $40. The Town permits are definitely worth it. The Easthampton permit also gives you access to a parking lot right down at Turtle Cove, that alone is worth the $$$$$. LATER
