SNAPPERS!.... ?HUH? THEIR NOT BEING AGRESSIVE!!??

ive see plenty of snappers in breezy, chasing small spering. I threw a 1/4 ounce silver kastmaster at them with no results! Would it help to use a different lure? or mayb a lighter one? Their just not biting. When are they gona start!??

Snapper problem

Is it possible that you only think that they are snappers? The could be shad or some other species. Only a thought...
