Snake fish?

I have been hearing alot about this "Snake Fish" but I can't find anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find some info. on this?

They are considered excellent game as well as food fish in asia...spectacular leaps etc.. I'd like to catch one. I think the red snakehead is more tropical than the northern snakeheads in the news. I had a red in my tank and it grew at a great rate as it ate every other fish in the tank even though it started out the smallest (tough fish like oscars, jack dempsey, pea**** bass etc.). I can't see them being anymore ferocious than any members of the pike family. Pike don't "walk" though.
These fish have also wreaked havoc w/ tilapia farmers... a few fish systematically wiping out their stock pool by pool in SE Asia.
