This is a totally new item for me, and I really enjoy seeing the entries on this forum.
Now to the point, since this is new to me, at this point all I want to do now, is make up some skirts, and attach them to various leaders, I am making.
This may sound dumb, but is'nt there some "Collars" that I can crimp the skirts onto the leaders with?
I looked at the Stamins cat. but I am still confused.
