I've been told that the locks at the shine**** canal close 2hrs before high tide in the inlet. Does anybody know when the open again?

It's a sure thing if you follow my formula….. ½ hour after the Shinne**** Inlet "low slack" phase…. You will catch the beginning of the closing every time!
