Though they are discontinued models in 2008, it is good buy considering new 2008 models cost over $900.

Yes, as long as there are demand and Shimano is very good at creating demand.

If you need a reel for tuna jigging or popping, this is a good deal.
Some cheap reels work for them for a short period time, but I don't want to recommend any reel and Saragosa is the minimum standard for me. If you want to sell Stella in the future, there are always good market for them.
