Over the past three years, I've managed to lose five great fishing partners: three to marriage/wife having babies, and two moving to Florida.

If you are interested in joining Expeditor's crew for shark and canyon fishing, please contact me at [email protected]. Experienced offshore anglers only, please.

Expeditor sails out of Fire Island Inlet.

Interesting looking rig

Nice too. I am surprised I have never noticed that boat going in the inlet.

Sorry, not too much offshore experience here.

Buckley,

As I stated in the other post, I admitted that I was wrong about the model boat I heard about over the weekend. It was a center console, not a center cuddy. As I stated, the pro's and con's comments were made to me by someone else. I never knocked your boat. As a matter of fact, if you read my first post you'll see that I thought it was a great looking boat.

The 31' Ocean Master you are describing is not my boat.

If you look at the picture above, you will note that it is a center cuddy, not a center console.

Plenty of room for two to sleep comfortably.

27 knot cruise easily.

Inboard tower to provide 360 degree fishing, with bow chair for bigger fish.
Easier to chase than backing down.

Not much shelter from sun or wind--agreed.

Cooking and eating? I go out to fish, myself.

Head is located in cabin but I'm not sure how much space you need, doc?

Tuna Storage--850 GALLON fish box in bow. I carry 400 lbs of ice on canyon trips, and the box will hold 600 lbs of tuna, easily, not including coolers.

I only fish with a max. crew of four, so there is plenty of room for us all to sit.

Yeah, it's not a 47 Hatteras, and I don't serve gourmet meals, but it IS a fishing machine.

Geez Doc a little harsh on the critique. Different strokes for different folks seems to apply to a persons choice in offshore vessels. I fish a center console and have no gripes. Sure, ill take a 45 Post anyday but who's gonna pay for it ? you????

NEW CREW

Doctorfish,
Is there not one thing you don't critize? The man is trying to muster up a new crew! He is not looking for your opinion or approval of his boat! He is very proud of it, rightfully so! There is an old saying-IF YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE-DON'T SAY IT!
