If you are talking about the seat cushion that snaps onto the cooler, I replaced mine last season at Boaters World in Setauket. West Marine also carries them. Bring your old one to match.

West Marine is having a sale on 60Qt marine coolers for $20. I also replaced the snaps on my cooler, I had to use epoxy to set them strong enough for the abuse I put them through. I remove the cushion after each use and I had pulled them off. Did you try the manufacturer?
