Sea Sprite????

Can anyone comment of this manufacturer? I have been looking for a new "used" fishing vessel this year and have come across a 91 Sea Sprite 2350 WA with a small cuddy. Has a 305 I/O Merc with Bimini top. It looks like a decent fishing boat, but I have not been able to find any info on them and have never seen one until this one. I would like to know if anyone has any experience with them. I am told that Sea Sprite went out of business or was bought out some years ago. Thanks in advance for any info
