Does anyone know of any Partyboats in Cape May,Delaware or Maryland, that fish for Sea Bass. I went on the Jamaica, they fish south almost to the Delaware memorial Bridge. I would rather drive down there, than take a seven hour boat ride,if any boats fish over the winter.

Unfortunately there are no party boat targeting offshore seabass in winter except the North Star in Ocean City, N.J.. The North Star had a schedule on 1-18-03, but they cancelled. The Doris Mae in Barnegat Light, N.J. makes special offshore seabass trips during December.
