Keep in mind if lets say...Last year you were fishing in CONN. waters first for fluke, and caught your limit. Then you traveled into NY waters for Striped Bass. You would be over your "FLUKE" limit once you entered into NY waters because the regulations were different between states. If you fish close to bordering states keep a close eye on the possesion and size limits for those states...
