About a week ago some one asked me for numbers for the Roda wreck,I finally got them off the boat today.

One quick question if you don't mind.

Is anchoring this wreck the best way to fish it? Someone told me to drift it, but being that it is in shallow water and sticks out at low tide this sounded dangerous.

I have been talking to B.A. about this wreck also, fished with a guy last week who told me he had put a hole in his boat years ago while drifting it, now he onlys anchors up outside it and drifts only his lines in to it. also sets chumpots. decent black,bass, and occasional striper. I may try it late this week, I let you know if I do..The life guards consistently fish this wreck on their boards or row boats.

if you fish it later this week,bring along some candy for weakies.The life guard told me they came through there a few times last week.
