I just got my boat registration renewal, and in the past I have been just slapping the new stickers over the old ones, but it now has built up a little. What would be the best method for removing the old ones?

Try heating it up with a blowdryer.

Skid,

Try a blower (hair dryer) or a heat gun. Apply the heat right on top of the sticker and gradually you will be able to peel it off.

WD-40

WD-40 will remove any of the sticky stuff.

HEAT AND ACETONE

use heat gun or blow dryer for only enough to loosten the sticker, then use acetone to remove any glue residue you may find
