THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE PORT OF ORIGIN. CT REGS APPLY IN CT WATERS. NY REGS APPLY IN NY WATERS.
If a boat from NY keeps porgies in CT waters when the season is closed, call your local DEC enforcement because those anglers are breaking the law.
