Can't help you with the raymarine, but i would suggest looking at the furuno fcv 620/585- they're awesome. Mike's got a 585 in the new steiger it's going to be amazing.
Nope just hookin up my fathers boat. the 620 furuno is what i want but space is limited and few its a few more bucks. the digital picture on the raymarine is awesome, iv used it on my buddies boat but that was with the thru hull i just hope im not disappointed with the transom mount. but for inshore fishin should work fine with the 500watts. anyone else use this one?
