Okay guys, here's the deal. For the past two years my family has raised money for LLS. We learned about some of the ways they help out families in need when my oldest son was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma (NHL). LLS provides a variety of patient services, and they put together some great events for kids. When they are fighting cancer, a day at Shea or a trip to American Idol is a welcome diversion.
One of the ways I have raised money is through fishing trip raffles, so I hope you will help out a great cause with a donation & a chance to come out fishing.
For every $20 donation, I will put a raffle ticket in the hat with the donor's name on it. The prize is a spot on an "open by reservation" trip, which I do on Tuesday & Thursday evenings (regular price is $120 per man). These trips are loaded with action so far, and we return to the dock by 10PM.
