Two seasons ago I purchased the radar/chartplotter raymarine combo for my 22' Grady White. Later that season, I bought the color GPS Garmin chartplotter. Both instruments are excellent, however, the split radar chartplotter screen is simply too small for me. I do a lot of nite boating, also western LI Sound, and use my instrumnts quite a bit. If I had to do it again, I would buy a separate radar and a separate chartplotter.
