Decided to hit the Quogue Canal again today. (Why, I don't know). Weather was nasty and raw, with the wind blowing about 15 knots out of the NE. Skys were heavy overcast and temps in the high 40's. Not exactly a great striper day. Fished the bottom of the outgoing tide from 2:15 to 3:30 pm, with low at about 4:20 or so. Water still very high due to the spring moon tide and the noreaster we just had. Water also very discolored. Anyhow, threw 3 and 4 inch storm shads for NO HITS AT ALL. Will give it another try tomorrow afternoon and will post results. Tight lines to all........GHOSTRIDER <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=81417" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> |
