Eventually we will bring signature features back to the board, thanx for reminding us.
The quote is a seperate feature. Right now it doesn't show up on the site. But eventually you'll be able to click other users' names and pop up a user profile window, where you'll be able to see the user's real name, their hometown, quote, etc.
