On my 1996 200Hp Johnson - there is a Power Tilt-Stop Switch ( I assume that's what it is??) Anyway this switch seems to be nothing more then a headache as it's seemingly only purpose is to stop the power tilt when engine is in the max up position. If anyone has ever messed with this thing you know it located in the worst spot in regard working on it. My solution is to by-pass it forever!!!!
Does anyone ... have a good reason not to and recommend to replace this thing????? Thanks. Plus now that I think about it I don't even this it ever worked anyway???? Thanks in advance. -James
